Project Management
Complete service of a photovoltaic farm construction project including:
- technical analysis of the provided documentation,
- preparation of an offer and work schedule,
- consultations, constant contact with the client,
- preparation of progress reports,
- financial settlement of work performed and preparation of protocols,
- ongoing analysis and suggestions for solutions to problems arising during the execution process,
- inter-branch coordination of works on the construction site,
- ongoing correction of action plans in accordance with the contractor’s guidelines,
- preparation of administrative documentation in connection with secondment of employees to work in France,
- defining objectives and supervising their implementation.
Geodetic services
The scope of work carried out in accordance with the client’s guidelines, usually including:
- development of the project sent by the client,
- marking out points according to the accuracy specified by the client,
- detailed, situational and height measurements,
- geodetic calculations,
- preparation and processing of geodetic documentation,
- surveying services for investments,
- creation of a numerical terrain model.

Excavation
Excavation of trenches delineated by a surveyor on the basis of the project, using equipment appropriate to the type of soil on the site.
POT (pulling out test)
Tests that involve anchoring the foundation in the ground in accordance with technical specifications and then attempting to pull the foundation/post out with a specified force. For such tests, depending on the order, we supply: a piling rig, drilling rig, excavator and Manitou/Bobcat telehandlers with the necessary instrumentation. Additionally, after the tests we prepare a report with the analysis of results and suggestions concerning the method of anchoring the columns in the ground to make the process as optimal as possible.
Pile driving
Driving of construction poles using piling rigs (our own equipment). Driving is performed according to the tolerances included in the client’s documentation and in the points previously determined by a surveyor. For each project we prepare an individual form (matrix) with the shape of a pole. Currently we are able to drive poles of the maximum height of 4.6m.Drilling
We drill holes for structural columns to a width and depth determined by the client in various types of substrate (from 100mm to 300mm). As with driving, the points where we drill are pre-determined by a surveyor. We use our own drilling machine to drill the boreholes.
Drilling in casing
Drilling for structural columns in casing pipe is used primarily in loose soil where there is a risk that the drilled holes will not retain their original shape and will not be backfilled. For this work, we use a specially adapted maxbit drilling system or an integrated double head. Once the borehole has been drilled, a pipe, usually plastic, is inserted into the hole to prevent backfilling. This pipe is removed from the borehole after pouring concrete or backfilling with gravel. As a result, the pipe does not remain in the ground and can be reused and does not litter the environment.
Concreting
Concreting is done in three different ways:
Place the post in the hole according to the required tolerances and pour concrete into it. To prevent the post from moving in the hole, we stabilise it with a special construction.
Pour the concrete into the hole, drive the post into the unbound concrete using a piling rig. We stabilise the post with a structure so that it does not move or fall down.
Fill the hole with concrete (up to a certain height) and, using a pile driver, drive the post into the concrete and gravure.
Concreting is done with concrete pears, concrete pumps or manitou depending on the conditions of the object and the ground.
Assembly of structures
We assemble/assemble structures according to the assembly instructions . We have experience in assembling fix and tracker structures. We unload deliveries ourselves and then distribute them to the assembly site. For assembly we use Makita and Milwaukee power tools with pre-set Nm ranges.
Installation of photovoltaic panels
Installation of photovoltaic modules takes place according to the installation instructions. We install the modules both on clamps and in a fast slide. Here too, we use Makita and Milwaukee power tools with pre-set Nm ranges.
Electrical works
We perform out electrical work in the field of assembly:
- inverters
- cables connection to OSD (electrical Distribution System Operators) connection point
- transformer sub-stations
- measuring and billing systems with communication system and protection system – according to connection conditions (WP)
- installation of DC/AC cabling
- low voltage (LV) and high voltage (MV) electrical connections.
- we carry out electrical measurements
Earthing
We carry out installation of earthing systems in the field of:
- Transformer and distribution stations,
- PV supporting structures
- Inverters
- Photovoltaic panels
- We also carry out equipotential bonding.
Maintenance
We carry out maintenance on photovoltaic farms in operation. The services include:
- replacement of damaged modules,
- structural strengthening
- application of new technological solutions
- washing photovoltaic modules
- periodic measurements.
Blowing
Blowing of optical fibre into HDPE casing pipe according to customer’s technical requirements.
Stages of cooperation
Audit – location of planned project
We will conduct a preliminary analysis of the site on which the future solar power plant is to be located. We will use our know-how and experience to determine and estimate the site development conditions. This ranges from ground survey reports, to the structure to be used, to the man-hours required to realise the project. In addition, we will check whether the plot meets the formal requirements.
Offer, decision and signing of the contract
On the basis of the conducted feasibility of the project, we will present you with a short and comprehensible offer and the planning schedule with all the milestones ad-
Justed to your need. The offer will clearly define the scope of our involvement. Such as the total cost of the investment. It shall include precise pricing of the installation as
modules, inverters, cabling, earthing, structural steel assembly. After the acceptance
of our offer, we shall sign a contract that defines our scope and bilateral obligation
and start the execution of the project based on it.
Development of an individual plant design
Once the contract is signed, our design department develops an individual construction project for the solar power plant, ensuring maximum benefit from your investment. We value the partnership model, and the customer is most important to us, so we tailor our approach based on clarity and honesty. During implementation, the client has a clear picture in the form of customised reports and constant contact with our team.
Construction of a photovoltaic farm
After receiving the complete documentation signed by the insurer we proceed to the execution stage. Starting from surveying, through material management to assembly, we carefully manage the project step by step. Our team consists of experienced and committed employees with many years of experience in the field of photovoltaic installations. The installation of the power plant will be carried out by our certified team of fitters, drillers and electricians dedicated to the project
Acceptance and start-up of the installation
When the construction is completed, the installation is handed over with a technical check of the workmanship and safety of the electricity production system, verification of the aesthetics of the installation.
